How thick is Dri-Dek?

Can I add more Dri-Dek Tiles, Edges, and Corners to the Sheets and Rolls?

Yes! The Sheets and Rolls are pre-assembled individual 12"x12" Dri-Dek Tiles. All the interlocking properties of a Dri-Dek Tile are left intact so you can connect Tiles, Sheets, and Rolls in any custom configuration, making it versatile for large or irregularly shaped surfaces.

What is Dek-Bond? Do I need it?

Dek-Bond is a cyanoacrylate adhesive used to permanently bond tiles together. However, for most applications, the pin-and-tab interlocking system is robust and snaps the Dri-Dek Tiles together firmly. It requires both hands and significant effort to pry them apart once assembled. Dek-Bond is optional for extra security in high-traffic areas.

Will you build custom sized mats?

No. Dri-Dek can be easily trimmed to fit any surface. The interlocking Tiles allow you to create a surface of any size and shape, such as for marine decks, pet areas, or industrial flooring.

Can I pick up my Dri-Dek at the factory?

No. All of our shipments are sent via parcel ground delivery and motor freight from our Florida facility.

How do I clean my Dri-Dek?

To reach drained dirt, simply roll back and sweep or rinse away with water. To clean the surface, hose it off with water or brush with detergent and rinse with water. For high-use areas or in a barefoot environment, use a 2000-3000 psi high-pressure washer on both the top surface and the bottom surface to remove any build-up of organic material. Frequency of cleaning is determined by usage. Proper maintenance will increase the performance and useful life of your surface, especially in wet environments like pools or boats.

What is the warranty on Dri-Dek?

We warrant that for 5 years from the date of purchase this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the product is found defective within that period, contact the seller for a RMA and return it at your expense for replacement. This warranty excludes defects or damage due to improper installation, misuse, abuse or neglect. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Kendall Products or related parties be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort or negligence.

How do I install Dri-Dek tiles?

Installation is simple and tool-free. Start by laying out the tiles in your desired pattern, then snap them together using the interlocking tabs. Trim edges with a utility knife if needed for a custom fit. No adhesives are required for most setups, but Dek-Bond can be used for permanent bonding.

Is Dri-Dek suitable for outdoor use?
