What is Dri-Dek's return policy?
Dri-Dek Tiles can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as they come back to us in new, unused, undamaged, resalable condition. The customer covers return shipping. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Does Dri-Dek have a warranty?
Yes. Dri-Dek carries a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. If a product is found defective within that period, contact the seller for an RMA and return it (at the customer's expense) for replacement. The warranty excludes defects caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
